At APET, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom-made and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued once returned items pass our quality inspection.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a prompt resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@apet.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions for returning your item.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
